Do you shoot nationwide Weddings or only ones in London?

Yes! I am open for Wedding bookings nationwide across the UK. The only thing to bear in mind is that there may be additional costs associated with travel incorporated into your Wedding Package quote. If you are planning to have your Wedding in another country, please send me an enquiry. 

Is there a minimum time before the Wedding that I can book you?

I always advise that couples should book with me no later than 8 weeks before their Wedding. Of course, the more lead time the better, but 8 weeks before is the latest I reccomend. For any couples who are looking to book later than 8 weeks before, please send me a contact enquiry at your earliest convenience and I'll see what I can do for you both.

When do I need to pay the funds?

To secure your booking, I will need a deposit of 30% of your total fee due upfront along with a signed contract. This will confirm your Wedding date and will initiate the planning process from my side. The remainder of the funds will be required no later than 30 days before your Wedding. I offer different payment plans including full remainder fees aswell as paying in installments - we can discuss these options in your Consultation.

I am interested in a Package but it doesn't have everything I want. Can I add things?

Of course you can! All packages can have optional add on's to fit your requirements. There are some popular optional extras listed on my Pricing Page, and there is also an option to build a Custom Package from scratch in a Wedding Consultation.

What is your Approach? How will you conduct yourself at my Wedding?

I like to try and produce the most natural and candid shots possible, and I believe this is best done when everyone at the wedding feels relaxed around the photographer. This means I will try and become one with your wedding party so they don't feel awkward or uncomfortable when I'm snapping their photos. Read more about my approach here. 

Can I get some of the photos in Black & White?

Of course! I usually make a selection of the ones I feel would look best in Black & White and send them through to my couples along with their coloured edited finals. If there are any additional photos you want in Black & White, just say the word and I'll get it sorted for you asap!

What is an Engagement Shoot / Pre-Wedding Shoot?

This is a shoot that is offered as part of the Gold Package and can also be added onto any of my packages. It is a Couple's Photography shoot that happens before the big day, I will conduct the shoot and deliver you a set of editied final images. These photos can be used for anything, but a number of couples like to use them within their Wedding Invitations and to give to their families. These Pre-Wedding shoots are a great way for us to continue getting to know eachother, and can make couples feel more comfortable infront of the camera before their Wedding Day.

Do you have Insurance?

Yes, I am covered for up to £5m Public Liability. 

What other Photogifts can I get as an optional extra?

Anything you can think of! If there is something you're particularly looking for, come and speak to me and I'll see what I am able to source for you. Common photogifts requested by couples include:

What is the Instagram Reel optional extra?

You can choose to have an Instagram Reel or Tiktok made of your Wedding. This will be small snippets from your Wedding Day with a combination of photos. I will film this footage using my mobile phone mainly and may film some footage on my camera aswell. This optional extra is quite dependent on time and how tight of a schedule your Wedding day is on. You will be sent an MP4 of your Reel or Tiktok that you can use as you wish. Prices start from £75 for this extra.

I want Prints of all of my Edited photos - is this possible?

Yes! Each package comes with a certain amount of prints, but additional prints can be incorporated as an extra add on. 

What happens in the Free Wedding Consultation?

This is a Free 1 hour virtual meeting, where we will cover three main things: getting to know eachother better, going through your wedding details, and discussing the packages and your requirements. It's a chance for you to ask any questions that you may have about the packages, myself and my approach to your wedding. Book your consultation here.

I want to book a consultation but I don't have a Wedding date set yet. Can I still have one?

Of course! My Consultations are open to any couples at any stage in their wedding planning process.

What is your Cancellation Policy for Wedding Packages?

Cancellations must be communicated to me in writing by email from the client at the earliest convenience. For any client that cancels within 14 days of the day their booking was secured, they will recieve a full refund of their deposit fee. For any client that cancels after the 14 days of the day their booking was secured, I will retain the deposit fee and will refund any additional payments that have been made toward the full package fee.

I need to change my Wedding Date but have already booked you, can I do this?

I will always endeavour to re-book for Weddings that need to be rescheduled at no extra fee. However, depending on the circumstances, extra costs could be incurred should the new date incur additional expenses e.g. higher travel costs. For any Weddings that I can't shoot at the rescheduled date, we will enter into a Cancellation, of which I will hold your deposit and refund any remaining funds. 

When will I get my photos after the Wedding?

I aim to deliver all photos and printed products as soon as I can. Here is a breakdown of the timelines:

• Within 4-6 Weeks of your Wedding:
  Online gallery sent to you with all of your edited photos for you to download and review. You will then select the photos you want in your printed products.

• Within 4-6 weeks of your Print Selection:
  Any Photos or Print Products will be delivered to you. Standard Photo Prints usually arrive alot quicker, and Photobooks and Canvases etc. can take up to 4 weeks.

What are the Pre-Wedding meetings for?

The Pre-Wedding meetings are one of the most important parts of your package. They are virtual or in-person meetings where we will discuss the finer details of your wedding day, the schedule and other key events. From this, together we will build your shot list, plan out your family portraits and construct the Wedding Photography Plan for the whole day. This usually helps my couples feel much more at ease as they know exactly what is happening, and feeling reassured that their Wedding Photography is thoroughly planned out before their big day.

What is the USB stick optional extra?

This is a USB stick with a copy of all of your edited final images on it that will be delivered to you.

Do I need to provide you with a meal on my Wedding Day?

If you would like to offer me a meal then it is always much appreciated, but this is not mandatory. I am more than happy to bring my own food and snacks to keep refueled throughout the day! This is very much up to you as a couple to decide what you would like to do. The only thing I request is that you let me know your decision on this so I know how much food and drink to bring on the day.

What is the Disposable Camera's optional extra?

This is a set of disposable cameras that can be given out to your bridal party, groomsmen, friends, family and Wedding Guests. I will take the cameras away, develop the photos for you and send them to you. It can be a nice addition to your Wedding Photos as they are film photos rather than digital, and gets your guests involved in snapping moments from their perspective. The number of cameras you desire will affect the price of this optional extra - prices can start from £150.
